Sales and operational Executive

Location:
Pune

Experience: 3-5 Years

Must-Have:
Hands-on Experience with Inventory Plannig, Retail Operations, MS Office, and ERP Systems.

JD:
Ideally have experience and/or knowledge and understanding of the retail sales operations.

Have high level of computer literacy, particularly Excel, MS Word and Power Point.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven presentation and project management skills

Working knowledge of an ERP system.

Should have attention to detail and have ability to think outside of the box, analyze and resolve problems.

Capable of handling pressure and multi-tasking.

Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Help the Operations team in various activities like Code Creation, Timely Deliveries from Suppliers, Manual Indents for emergency Supplies, Batch/MRP Issues, Substitution, Service recovery, Inventory Norms, etc.

with the help of HO Inventory Team

Coordinating with Suppliers for their Master Corrections, Contract Mapping, Schedule Mapping, On-time Delivery, Good Fill Rate, Reverse Logistics, etc.

Monitoring the VDC Operations of Free Goods and Central Purchase distribution.

Closely monitoring the Auto Indents, On Shelf Availability, Fill Rates, Supplier NS Items, Manual Indents, Outside Purchase, etc. on daily basis with the help of HO Inventory.

Preparation of various reports pertaining to Inventory and submit to Region Head Operations as well HO Inventory.

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year

Experience:

Operations: 2 years (preferred)
Retail sales: 3 years (required)
Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)
