In this, you need to talk to students on a daily basis, make their study schedule, keep a track of their study progress, make sure their daily targets are met, their syllabus is completed timely, tests are conducted, some part of doubt solving.

At the end of the day, we want students to not just clear the exam with flying colors & rank too but he/ she should have great conceptual clarity of all the topics taught.
