- Preparing Import and Export Documents.
- Coordination with the vendors/CHA for proof of Export documents.
- To submit pending statement CHA/Shipping Company.
- Preparing covering letters for POE vendor wise &handover to the particular expeditors & take their acknowledgement.
- To Prepare proof of export documents.
- Documents for EODC to DGFT for Redemption, then custom audit &last for bond waiver
- Negotiation of freight rates from the shipping company.
- Preparation of rebate file for refund & bond file for proof of Export.
- Preparation L/C documents, Coordinating with Import Clearing Agent & sending the License along with original documents for import clearance.
- Also preparation of LUT bond papers for registration of new advance license for clearing under bond.

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
