Description
Job Description:
- 1. Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers i.e. answer enquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues. Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Handling calls (Inbound & Outbound) and chats.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (preferred)
