Job Description:

  • 1. Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers i.e. answer enquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
  • Assist customers with after-sales service issues. Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Good communication (verbal & written)
  • Handling calls (Inbound & Outbound) and chats.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (preferred)
