Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it's personalised learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.

On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners and a slew of angel investors including CRED's Kunal Shah, Flipkart's Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan's Sujeet Kumar among others.

Minimum Tenure: 3 months

Responsibilities:

Conduct primary research to understand the characters and other story elements.
Create blueprints for script based on research and creative vision of team's requirement.
Produce original ideas for consideration based on the understanding of the audience.
Write the narrative script describing in detail the plot, characters, environment, moods and dialogues.
Proofread and edit work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
Collaborate with creative, product and marketing to assess project needs and help with messaging.
Develop and implement brand guidelines.
Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

Key Skills:

Be comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines.
Have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
Have proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.
Have precise attention to detail.
