Assess clients' creditworthiness and financial eligibility for different loan programs.


Loan Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on various mortgage products and loan programs offered by different lenders.

Educate clients on available loan options, interest rates, and terms.


Application Process:
Work closely with clients to ensure accurate and complete submission of required information.


Lender Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with a network of lenders and financial institutions.

Negotiate loan terms and conditions on behalf of clients.


Market Research:
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and mortgage industry regulations.

Analyze market conditions to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.


Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Stay informed about changes in mortgage lending laws and regulations.


Customer Service:
