Key job responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Events Program Planning: Assist in creation of program plan and charter for every individual event by working with GL teams, program teams and SMEs and maintain records of the same.
Program execution: Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and assist in creation and execution of action plans on multiple event workstreams. Provide support during events so that we can broaden the scope of tier one events and focus on providing a differential experience for the existing and new customers.
Event Data management: Maintain and update data records of past and present events on input and output metrics. Experience in data extraction from queries and proficiency in MS Excel required.
Event reporting: Create and maintain daily update mechanism for pre, during and post event on event reports and updates on action items.
Events calendar: Create and maintain yearlong softlines and beauty events calendar. This includes coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the softlines + beauty team to create and maintain a repository of all events related documents, resources, data.

Key Requirements

Ability to handle high visibility, dynamic launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders
Responsible for planning and executing best in class event strategies.
Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Content creators, program teams
Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
Ability to create reports in consumable formats
Working independently on key deliverables
Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our inhouse tools quickly
