As an Advance Resolution Expert, you will
play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing advanced technical assistance and resolving complex issues.
investigating claims and analyzing supporting documents to resolve complaints.
Resolution Specialists may work for clients' disputes or employee relations, requiring them to have extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulatory policies.
Facilitation, Analysis, Outlook, Detail Oriented, Problem Solving Skills, MS Office and Outbound Calling.
Salary:
Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
