  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficiency in retail management software

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
  • Foster a customercentric culture by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales and promotional strategies.
  • Implement security measures to prevent theft and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.

Salary:
