Job Overview:

Your role will primarily focus on managing and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and timely information related to various aspects of the educational platform, enabling the company to optimize its resources, track progress, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Maintenance:

Gather and collate data from various sources, including user interactions, learning outcomes, course enrolment, and other relevant metrics.

Regularly update and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Create and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, course completion rates, revenue, and more.

Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content development, and technology to provide data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions and process improvements.

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance user experience based on data-driven insights.

4.

Process Enhancement:

Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the platform and processes, and suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance user satisfaction.

Implement data-driven initiatives aimed at optimizing various operational workflows.

5.

Data Integrity and Security:

Ensure that data privacy and security protocols are strictly adhered to, maintaining the confidentiality of user information and other sensitive data.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize relevant software tools, such as Excel, data visualization tools, and any internal platforms used for data management and analysis.
