Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
Follow up of legal cases and maintaining reports.

Updating management of the status of cases

Co-ordinating with the lawyers

Draft preparation

Good exposure on corporate laws/ registration etc

LLB with experience of working in corporate set up, good communication skill-verbal and written. Good knowledge on corporate laws and on latest update of the same.
