Position Overview:

As the Center Sales Representative at DSSD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the institute's growth through the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional student enrollment experiences.

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic professional with a passion for education and a proven track record in sales.


Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive student enrollment and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and academic teams, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall institute objectives.
Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads.


Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment metrics, and other key performance indicators.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹40,000.00 per month
