Responsibilities:

Being involved in 0 to 2 years of fulllifecycle recruitment
Designing and implementing recruiting strategy
Conducting interviews
Developing and updating job descriptions
Performing job and task analysis
Preparing recruitment materials
Posting jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, or colleges
Being able to negotiate fairly with stakeholders, vendors, employees, and managers
Being proficient in using social media
Working well in a team
