Salary: 15k to 25k Depending upon the interview


Job Description:

1) Managing company assets in NCR region

1.1) Maintenance of company Real estate in NCR

1.2) Rentals on properties

1.3) Staff such as security guard, gardener, and crop cultivation staff

1.4) Agriculture of real estate

1.5) Documents upkeep of real estate

1.6) Assisting purchase and sale of real estate

1.7) Vehicles and other company movable and immovable asset management

1.8) Assisting company staff and contractors working on a construction site

2) Managing staff under admin

2.1) Hiring and managing Exit outs of staff under admin

2.2) Required to have staff adhere strictly to their responsibilities

2.3) Defining roles and responsibilities of staff members under admin

3) Managing stock

3.1) Construction stock

3.2) Vehicle stock

3.3) Office stock


Requirements:

Should have a 2-wheeler vehicle

Construction-related knowledge is an advantage

English communication is required
