Position for an Area Sales Professional who will be based out of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Responsible for Diagnostic Imaging & Advanced Therapy Sales for all products of Siemens Healthineers India.Territory:
Vijayawada, Guntur, Nellore, Ongole, Palnadu, Eluru, Bhimavaram.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
- Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
- Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
- Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
- Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with management / other involved professionals.
- Point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- To work in coordination with channel partners and support them in closing the deals
- To align for product demonstration and arrange for requisite approvals.
- Responsible for maintaining the market share in the respective geographies.
- Ensuring that the receivables from sales operations are collected within time
- Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and assess their requirements
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- At least 4 to 6 years' of experience in healthcare industry preferably selling MR / CT / Cathlab
- Thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Handson experience with CRM tools is a plus
