Tele Caller (Sales) - Female

Experience: 1-2 years

Qualification: 12th, Diploma, Any degree

Salary: 18k + Incentives (based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to convince and negotiate with customers effectively.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of insurance sales processes to promote products and services.
  • Familiarity with home loan and personal loan sales to provide comprehensive assistance and information to customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, explaining product features and benefits.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
