Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization's products or services.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal staff.
- Ensure meeting rooms are appropriately booked and set up for meetings.
- Maintain a log of visitors and ensure that security and confidentiality protocols are followed.
- Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in handling and sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Handle and route internal and external communications efficiently.
- Distribute messages to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Relay information between different teams within the organization.
- Address and resolve queries or issues raised by visitors or staff.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or personnel.
- Measure and improve visitor and client satisfaction through feedback and surveys
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
