Significant role in Mergers & Acqusition

  • Monthly accounts closing and statutory audit for group companies.
  • Coordinating with Banks for foreign inward remittances and daytoday transactions.
  • RBI compliances for NBFC companies and foreign investments.
  • Accounting and MIS for subsidiary units of Jhaveri Flexo (manufacturing company).
  • Providing support for company law compliance of all group companies.

Managing family wealth portfolio on a monthly basis & preparing MIS using spreadsheets and MS PowerPoint to analyze financial data

Measuring financial performance viz. financial ratios, key performance indicators, management reports

Providing Promoters/ senior management with analyses & MIS reports

Performing analytical reviews of financial assets; interpreting data for determining past financial performance

Proficient in GST tax and Income Tax returns filing

Coordinating income tax assessments and appeals.

Knowledge of

Prefer Products worked AIF, Equity, PMS, MF, Commodity, Venture funds, ICD

Investment Accounting, MIS, Budget Variance Mapping & Financials

Collating Investment & Funds Data with Portfolio Advisors
