Job Role

  • Support monthly reporting
  • Good working knowledge in MS-Access, MS-Excel, VB Macros
  • Ability to understand business problems, identify opportunities of improvement and provide solutions for business problem.
  • Monitor and analyze data, observe expectations.
  • Coordinating with different business function, recovery teams to ensure corrective measures on databases.
  • Checking and processing of Monthly/Quarterly incentive of all business teams
  • Publishing productivity trackers.
  • Automation of MIS
  • Downloading Data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
  • Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports for Management Reviews.
  • Should be a TEAM PLAYER and flexible enough for multitasking.

Ad-hoc analysis :prepare ad-hoc analysis on Operations data upon requests, using corporate Business Intelligence tool and customizing queries


Job requirements:


  • Graduate with 1 or 2 years of experience
  • Strong data understanding and ability to work in large datasets.
  • Handson with multiple database systems
  • Ability to multi task and independently execute projects.
  • Team player, good communication and inter personal skills.
