Description

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR WELDING:

  • Inspecting the incoming materials with specified requirements.
  • Preparing for the Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
  • Visual inspection of fit-up joints prior to the welding.
  • Examine the completed weld joint as per the customer Requirement.
  • Monitoring the executing work with related codes and standards.
  • Maintaining the records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment as
  • Perthe quality system procedures as per standards.
  • Preparing Welding Inspection Reports (WIR) of all welding joints.
  • Preparing Material Acceptance Report, Consumable Inspection Reports and
10. reviewing Test certificates as per codes getting clearance from clients


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
