Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities:

Would be closely involved in ops but mainly the job would be handling calls and chat - any customer/ non-customer communication

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide accurate information about our services and products to customers.

Document all customer interactions and maintain customer databases.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to policies and procedures.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.


Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, some level of prior visa knowledge is preferable

Experience inhow to talk to customers

Excellent communication

  • English & Hindi and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with the travel industry and its terminology is a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours, if needed.
