Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential markets and target customers in international regions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Present and promote company products or services to international customers through various channels, including online platforms, trade shows, and business conferences.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with international clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for international markets, providing regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export/import requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Proven experience in international sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry or product category.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, including market trends, customer preferences, and cultural differences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and potentially other relevant languages.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to different market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Knowledge of export/import procedures, international trade regulations, and documentation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
