Respect the privacy and confidentiality of callers and their prayer requests.

Record Keeping:
Accurately document prayer requests and outcomes for tracking and follow-up purposes.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other prayer intercessors and ministry staff to provide holistic support to callers.

Training and Development:
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your prayer intercession skills and spiritual knowledge.

Maintain a Positive and Supportive Environment: Contribute to creating a positive, welcoming, and spiritually enriching atmosphere during telephonic interactions.
