Customer Communication:


  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Relationship Building:


  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized service.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.

Problem Resolution:


  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Work with relevant departments to address and solve complex problems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Cross-selling and Upselling:


  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services.
  • Provide customers with information on new offerings or promotions.

Feedback Collection:


  • Collect feedback from customers on products, services, and overall experiences.
  • Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Documentation and Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Update customer profiles and databases with relevant information.

Collaboration with Other Departments:


  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Provide insights from customer interactions to improve products and services.

Customer Education:


  • Educate customers about product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Provide training if necessary to enhance customer understanding and usage.

Customer Retention:


  • Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.

₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
