    Scrum Master - CREQ190809 Description Job Description:

    Responsibilities: Strong Knowledge of Jira and MPP is mustShould have experience to manage multi location project teamsShould have experience of driving calls/meetings with senior management/businessPrepare and Manage Project budget plans and progress reports.

    Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesEscalation Management is mustPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

    Required Skills: 7-11 yrs of experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies, strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning.

    Very strong communication and inter-personal skillsNice to have skills: PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certificationBanking Domain Knowledge Primary Location Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Type Experienced Primary Skills Scrum Methodology, Agile Years of Experience 7 Qualification
