FEMALE OFFICE COORDINATOR

Job Description:


  • Managing office coordination work with intelligent and efficient actions.
  • Attending phone calls and replying in smooth manner/directing to seniors
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Managing Couriers, sending samples and maintain records in Excel to ensure timely delivery.
  • Flight ticket booking, Visa for international travel and coordination.
  • Manage stocks of samples, maintain data in excel etc.

Requirements:

1, Any Post graduate/Graduate with experience in office coordination. Fresh Graduates with regular college and good academic records can also apply.

  • Should be excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word & power point. Excellent communication skills and good English.
  • Highly organized and good administration ability
  • Hard working, self-motivated, honest and dedicated

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
