Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver highquality lessons in English, Science, Math, and Social Studies that align with curriculum standards and promote student learning and achievement.
Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with varying academic abilities, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and materials, including technology, handson activities, and cooperative learning, to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Assess student progress and mastery of learning objectives through formative and summative assessments, and use assessment data to inform instruction and provide targeted support to students as needed.
Foster critical thinking, problemsolving, and analytical skills through challenging activities and inquirybased learning experiences.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic expectations, and opportunities for enrichment or intervention.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, stay current with best practices in education, and contribute to ongoing school improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of teaching experience at the primary level, with demonstrated proficiency in teaching English, Science, Math, and Social Studies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students and adjusting instruction as necessary.
Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Dedication to ongoing professional growth and development through participation in workshops, conferences, and other professional learning opportunities.
Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous.
Eligibility for certification or licensure as required by state or local education agencies.
