Job Title:
Tele Caller


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits
  • Answer customers' questions and concerns about the products or services
  • Persuade customers to make a purchase or book an appointment
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved
  • Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase
  • Work with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Keep uptodate with product knowledge and customer needs

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade customers
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
