Description
Collaborate with department managers to assess training needs and develop

training plans that align with organizational goals.

  • Design and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and
multimedia content.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions through various methods, such as
workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through
assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

  • Continuously update training content to ensure it remains relevant and up to
date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Provide coaching and support to employees seeking additional help to
improve their skills.

  • Stay informed about advancements in training methodologies and
incorporate new techniques into training programs.

  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and
technical setup.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
