Operations coordinator - Tamilnadu Role - To attend the enquiries, segreagate the calls / leads, assign to field and check the progress and CRM updation.

Channel coordination and supporting the sales team with backend support and effective sales process implementation


Responsibilities
1.attending the calls and update the CRM software

2.segregation of the calls - aligning with sales team, coordination and support on the lead calls

3. channel coordination - distribution partner coordination and support

4. layers meeting coordination and arranging the meeting by outcalling and arranging the layer meeting


  • Support on the dispatch and coordination with customers / dealers

Designation - operations coordinator
No of opening - 2 Organization

Category - roofing tiles (Job role will be based at Perumbavoor ).

Experience - in handling customer enquiries / tele calling experience Knowledge of Tamil is a must for this position

MS excel - preferably MS excel knowledge is also preferable.


CTC - Rs and incentives Job location will be Perumbavoor.

Salary:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Perumbavoor, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Experience:
