Job Description:
As a Sales Executive specializing in two-wheeler and three-wheeler, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within your designated territory.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders, while promoting our brand and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new customers through various sales channels, including direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealerships, and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions of our two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and regulatory requirements related to two-wheeler and three-wheeler.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to enhance professional development and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive or transportation industry, with a focus on two-wheelers and three-wheelers preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
