Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop purchasing strategy for Cost Savings of Existing Packaging Material
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness against
Packing Material Items

  • Negotiate prices and contracts with Vendors for Rate on Existing Packaging Material
  • Forecast price and market trends to identify rate variance & implement the same.
  • Finalize negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
  • Partner with all stakeholders like Factory Head, Store, QC, QA, Accounts, IT to ensure clear requirements & documentation as per Packing Material Purchase
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
  • Analysis PM Purchase with Actual Rate V/s. Budget Rate
  • Periodical review of existing Item Master,& improve the same as require
  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
  • As per requirement assist to financial team for Material Audit at Required Units

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
