Meeting with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide advice on policies

  • Explaining policy features and coverage options to clients
  • Managing client accounts and paperwork, including renewals and claims
  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of changes and trends in insurance regulations and products
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
