- Follow service center SOP ref TCTP
- Physical & stock 100% Match
- Capture mandatory details on CAF &
CM :
Customer Name & Contact no, Correct Model No, Correct Complaints. Serial No for Helios, Nebula & Xylys, UID no, Previous JO while repeat returns etc.
- Check manufacturing / non manufacturing defect while booking. ( non manufacturing, handling defects, to be intimated to dealers before booing the watch.
