We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms.

Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and effectively communicating our message to our target audience.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, presentations, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Design and animate typography, icons, illustrations, and other graphic elements to enhance the overall visual storytelling.
  • Select and edit audio tracks to synchronize with the motion graphics and enhance the viewer's experience.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools to continually improve the quality and creativity of motion graphics.
  • Ensure all motion graphics are aligned with the brand identity and consistently maintain a cohesive visual style.
  • Collaborate with the video production team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of motion graphics into the overall project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion graphic designs, animations, and visual effects.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Strong knowledge of motion graphics techniques, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently on projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Detailoriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to timing and transitions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field is a plus.
