About the role:

Expectations/ Requirements:

MIS / Reports for clients.
Technical Support Calls.

4- Troubleshooting customer technical issues and problems.

5- Remote installations.

6- Level 1 & 2 Support.

7- Provide Investigation, diagnosis, resolution and ticket analysis.

8- Maintain overall ownership of user's issue & service ensuring that they receive.

9- Resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

10- Training.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Good communication and written skills.
Experience in MS. excel.
Have a good typing speed.

**Qualification:
- **Any Bachelor or master degree.
