Job Summary:

As a Production Supervisor in an automobile company based in Raipur, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the production activities on the shop floor.

You will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety guidelines are followed. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of automotive manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the daily production operations in the automobile manufacturing facility.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to production line workers to meet production targets.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety among the team.
  • Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production line workers to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to address technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and control production costs, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory data, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in automotive manufacturing.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent. A technical diploma or degree in engineering is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within an automobile manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of automotive production processes and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse production team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations applicable to the automotive industry.
  • Problemsolving skills to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and
