Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to customers on Call.
- Gather customer feedback and share with respective team
- Maintain quality communication and records in the CRM
- Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
- Respond to customer queries via voice, understand & provide solution
- Should be proficient in spoken and written English & Hindi
- Should have minimum 6 months experience in BPO. (Freshers also considered)
