Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that supports the company's growth goals
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, negotiating deals and closing contracts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and developments, ensuring the sales team is equipped to sell the latest Products and Service
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure sales efforts are aligned with company goals
  • Report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
