We are looking for people in HR Domain across areas which can help us form an inclusive, diverse, and talented team which can not only solve people problems but strategically contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

We are looking for passionate people in the HR Function with great analytical and interpersonal skill which can leverage technology and their own knowledge and skills.

About Yourself

Talent Acquisition Strategy:


  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand talent requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with the business vertical's goals and objectives.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for various positions within the business vertical.

Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline:


  • Actively promote the employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with EVP lead and communication teams to develop compelling job advertisements, employer branding materials, and recruitment campaigns.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:


  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities, trends, and performance to business leaders and HR partners.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to optimize recruitment strategies, improve processes, and make informed decisions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:


  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Develop strong relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to enhance the talent pool and leverage external expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in endtoend recruitment, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven track record in successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for diverse roles and levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset, with a focus on achieving recruitment goals and delivering highquality hires.
