Customer Service Executive (Sea Import)

Salary: 20,000 to 35,000

Mahipalpur, New Delhi

Preparation of Import Checklist
Coordination with the Shipping Lines for getting the IGM details, Vessel Schedule & DO charges
Coordination with the Operations officers Coordination with the Transporters for getting the Transportation rates for Import & Export shipments negotiating rates with the Transporters
Preparing & updating the Import DSR Coordinating with Shipping Lines Clients related import shipments
Follow up with the customers for the payment
Coordinating with Branch offices related to their Import & Export shipments & solve the queries
Preparing & sending the letters to Customs & related shipping lines

Overall coordination right from receiving of enquiry from customer/shipper to delivery of cargo to the consignee at destination, etc

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
