2-7 years of experience in designing of Footwear, with preference of Sports Shoe and EVA/PU based Footwear Designing
Any additional requirement:

MS-OFFICE(Word, Excel)

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
To be responsible for costing, norms and swatch book preparation.

Customer Oriented

To undertake market survey to understand market need and get feedback of launched product.

People Oriented

To be responsible for helping production process control.
To coordinate with quality control and lab team to achieve the desire look and standard of the product.

Internal Business Process

To look after Design creation and Pattern Cutting.
To do production tooling related to designing.
To maintain design process/ documents related to product development.
