**Job Description: Overall 15+ years of experience with 5+ in Compensation & BenefitsDesigning an equitable and competitive compensation & benefits package in line with local compliance and labor regulations
Designing consistent compensation frameworks
Benefits planning and administration
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
Should have experience working in a matrix environment
C&B - Should have managed and executed implement incentive plan
Implemented incentive plans apart from running an annual increment process
Responsible for salary benchmarking, data analysis and decision support
Prepare strategic competition analysis
