    Description

    Job Description

    Responsible for the Configuration, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Operations of Ericsson PaCo Nes(vSGSN-MME, vEPG, WMG).
    Must have a strong understanding of wireless technologies including 2G/3G/4G/5G.
    Responsible for the Integration, and SW Upgradation of packet core NEs
    Good to know about the DRA/DEA concepts and their functionalities.
    Have to support PS network performance-related issues with the help of failure logs, and traces.
    Need to perform diagnostic, alarming, and debugging procedures for standard operation process.
    Have to resolve Packet core customer complaints through the ticketing system and provide a resolution within agreed SLAs based on severity.
    Must have thorough understanding of 3GPP Specification for LTE/5G Features and protocols, experience with ongoing 3GPP Rel-15/Rel-16 activities is beneficial.

    Primary Skills
