Position Summary
As a Visual Assets Editor reporting to the Global Visual Asset Manager, the position covers visual assets research and creation for EY's digital platforms, as well as uploading and managing assets within the BMC digital asset management system (DAM)


Technical Skills/Tools Requirement

As a Visual Asset Editor:


  • Will support the global Brand Market and communications teams with picture research and creative ideation for Tier 1 and 2 content projects when required
  • Understanding of asset metadata conventions and industry best practices would be advantageous
  • Proficient with the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) Good knowledge of MS Office, and Basic understanding of HTML
  • Knowledge of image stock houses
  • An ability to think beyond and to identify images that capture abstract concepts and align to EY's global Visual Identify
  • An uptodate knowledge of asset copyright and associated ethical usage.
  • Willingness to learn on the job and become an EY visual content expert
  • Understands website best practices (image sizing, link placements, responsive design)

As a CMS specialist:


  • Create a webpage based on all information provided/ add proper components/modules as specified in the Word document received from stakeholder/editor
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers and approvers to ensure content is published on time
  • Understand the offerings of AEM CMS to suggest the right templates and modules to the stakeholders for the achievement of their marketing purpose
  • Familiar working in content management and digital asset management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
  • Demonstrate exceptional project coordination skills
  • An eye for presentation, attention to detail and story telling
  • Possess a mindset to learn things and undertake addon responsibilities
  • Be professional, confident and enthusiastic; adapt to flexible work timings; demonstrate exceptional work ethics and customer focus
  • Excellent time management with a proven ability to problem solve, pivot priorities and work under pressure, to tight deadlines

Desirable

  • Basic understanding of HTML, Good knowledge of MS Office and proficient with the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
  • Experience in AEM and Digital asset management system (DAM)
  • Familiar with video publishing tools like Brightcove and You Tube
  • Experience working within a complex web environment with global and local branches
  • Previous experience with creative picture research would be advantageous
