About the Role


As a Design Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive support to our team of designers.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Responsibilities

Research and gather design resources:

  • Conduct research on design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Identify and evaluate potential design resources, such as fonts, icons, and stock photos.
  • Create and maintain a library of design resources for the team to use.

Create and maintain design documentation:

  • Develop and maintain design documentation, such as style guides, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Document design decisions and rationale.
  • Keep design documentation uptodate.

Provide feedback on design concepts:

  • Review and provide feedback on design concepts, ensuring that they are aligned with project goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with designers to refine and improve design concepts.
  • Advocate for usercentered design principles.

Assist with design presentations:


  • Help prepare and deliver design presentations.
  • Create and present design mockups and prototypes.
  • Answer questions from stakeholders about design decisions.

Manage design projects:


  • Assist with the planning and execution of design projects.
  • Track project progress and milestones.
  • Manage project documentation and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field:


  • 2+ years of experience in a design support role:

Strong understanding of design principles and best practices:


  • Excellent research and organizational skills:

Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch:


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team:
