Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Review and process invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Generate invoices according to customer specifications
Maintain uptodate records of invoices, payments, and account status
Reconcile accounts receivable records with general ledger
Prepare monthly reports detailing account activity
Assist customers with billing inquiries
Process credit card and electronic payments
Set up new customer accounts
Update existing customer account information
Manage collections for past due accounts
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Billing, or related field
1+ years experience in Wholesale shops, FMCG, Car & Bike showrooms, Super Markets like Bismi, Reliance, etc...
Experience in Tally sap likes billing software
Experience with invoicing, collections, and customer service

Computer Skills

Word & Excel
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Meticulous data entry skills
