Responsibilities:

Content Innovation: Develop and maintain captivating content for our Support Portal, including FAQs, video content, and indepth articles.
Quality Control: Ensure all content consistently meets our high standards for clarity and accuracy.
Content Updates: Keep our content fresh and aligned with the latest developments in our products, services, and industry trends.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teams across departments, including Customer Success, R.O.C.K, and Tech, to ensure that content supports our strategic objectives and mission.
Learning and Growth: Leverage feedback and analytics to enhance content strategies continuously and personal skills.
FYERS Experience: At least one year with FYERS, showcasing a deep understanding of our operational culture and environment.
Eagerness to Learn: A proactive approach to acquiring new skills and mastering digital communication techniques, especially in content creation.
Open to

A willingness to embrace video production to create engaging and informative content that improves user interaction.
