DMA Sales Role


Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell Affordable Housing Loans to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Stay uptodate with competitor products and pricing to effectively position our loan offerings in the market.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:


  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Maximum age limit is 35 years.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in the field of Affordable Housing Loans.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial industry.
  • Ability to generate a minimum disbursement of 2 Cr and above on a monthly basis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Affordable Housing Loan market and industry regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented individual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions.

Salary:
₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
