Kitchen Assistant (Male)

Salary:
₹8,000- ₹11,000 + additional benefits

Location:
Chhat, Zirakpur, Punjab

Full Time: 12pm-10pm

Part Time: 4pm-10pm
(Two leaves per month, with work required all week.)

Must note:
Initial 15 days unpaid training to fresher applicants, employer doesn't pay for 15 days as it is training period

Kitchen Assistant to aid in food preparation, uphold kitchen cleanliness, and support smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Organise, clean, and store kitchen utensils properly
Prepare small dishes and arrange plate presentations
Assist chefs with meal preparation and other assigned tasks
Perform dishwashing, ingredient prep, and kitchen maintenance
Manage inventory control and track waste
Handle garbage removal and cleaning of garbage bins
Organise and clean refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas

Requirements:

Minimum education of 10+2 or equivalent diploma
Understanding of food safety and health regulations
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean work environment
Positive and flexible attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good personal hygiene and physical fitness
Capability to handle repetitive and messy tasks
Knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness practices
